There's a feeling you get when holding a machine in your two hands. It's so delicate but so substantial. A feeling when you hear a shutter make contact. You turn it, twist it and line it up just right. Then there it is, you've got it. You've captured something. Something real, something alluring. This is why I do what I do.
I fought my need to create with all I had. Telling myself it was not the logical decision, not the sensible choice. But life is far too temporary to always make the sensible choice.
Creating is who I am and it is not optional.
